I divorced 6 years ago. My marriage was not a good one. My family is in another country and my family was him and my son. I observed that when he was droping my son in my house, because he lives very far, he was staying the night and leaving in the morning. I did not like it until I told him that he needed to leave. He did. Until the last two times that my son has requested me to let him stay. The second time he did stay, he started kissing me and hugging me, he had tried before but I always pushed him and aggressively have told him to leave me alone. This last time, he told me that he thought we have a chance, and he had change. I told him that it was weird, then I agree to kiss him, and we did kiss. Then the next day I called him and I wanted to discuss what happened. He told me that he doesnot know. That he does not want to get married again, that he knows we are not a good match. That we can date but not kissing and nothing intimate. That he was lying, and he just does not know what is going on with him. I don't know what is going on with this man. Why does he need to lie, why is so hard for him just to be a friend? I have to have a relationship with him because of my son, but it is very hard to me because I want us to be friends. What can I do?

My tenant and his two children, who are in their 30's, destroy my oven control board. First, he told me that it was loose and broke. Then I ordered the item but it took time to come to my house. He texted me and urged me to buy the item because he needed it. Finally, the item arrived that same day, so I called my house keeper to help me installing the oven control board. When he is moving the stove to remove the back of the stove to install it, he observes that everything is clean and in its position. The screws are fine etc. I asked my tenant, and he admitted that he remove the board because one button was not working properly, then instead of just adjust it, he decided to remove the whole control board and leave it outside on the stove. Due to the heat, oil or water the working control board does not work anymore. And because he admitted negligence, he said, first, that he was responsible and he will pay for everything, basically a new stove. Now that I asked him when will he buy it, he is not responding my phone calls or texts. My lease clearly says that for damages to the stove he needs to pay $500.  The new part that I bought did not work, so I returned it. I paid my guy to come and fixt the oven but nothing was able to be done. My tenant lied, did not help me to pay for the labor that my house keeper did, and now after he said he was going to buy a stove he has not answered my calls or anything like that. He pays his rent on time, and is in general a good tenant.

Was the sphinx built, before Jesus and if it was, when was it built according to the Bible?

I am recently separated from my husband. We have a wonderful baby boy. I am renting an apartment and now I have money to buy a house, but I don't want to be attached to anything because I want to go back to my country with my baby in approximately ten to twelve years. Everybody is telling me to buy a two family house and live in one side and then rent the other for income. But what happens if I don't sell the house when I am ready to leave and I am stuck in that house. Also I don't want to put all my money in a house. Can anybody help me to decide?

I am considering in moving to East Stroudsburg, PA. But I have read that the schools are bad, also that the property taxes are so high and that more than 75% is for the schools and the drop out rate is so high, also I heard that the crime is high. Please if you know something can you tell me.

I don't know which one is the best in regards to quality of the finished house. Can anyone help me?

I need to change the oil of my. hardly driven, BMW X5, I recently change the oil (april) and I rarely use my car. I couldnt believe it. Now I want to change to a Valvoline Max life 10W-30, can I??

I got married a year ago and we have a wonderful boy of nine months old. I wont say I was deeply in love with my husband but I knew him for 3 years and we got along very well. I will say that during my pregnancy he was very attentive and nice to me, but things change when I had the baby.

He didn't want to wake up to take of the baby when he needed it so my mother did it for us ( I had a c-section and wasnt able to do it). Then he didnt help my mother while she was here. I realized how bad was this situation when my mother told me seriously "he is a lazy person that only cares about himself". When she left my nightmare started, he only wants to sleep, he works but when he comes he just sits down and watches TV until is time to go to bed. I have to tell him play with your son , help me in the kitchen, do your laundry, sometimes he even forgets to brush his teeth.

If I tell him to do something he will do it but if I dont he wont. I thought I was going to be able to live like that but I am getting tired and I need somebody more proactive. I have spoken with him and he said he will change but (only words) he goes back to his old ways. I was so angry the last time because (I am a stay home mother) that also gets tired and I need help, that I just threw him out of the house without keys. He is not allow to come back until he changes and if he promise something he needs to follow through. I am just so tired of telling him what to do, to play and show love to his son. That I cant anymore. He totally surprised me after we got married. I spoke to his doctor and confident and he told me that " that he cares for me and the baby, but this new situation for him is too (TOO MUCH). " I need and advise thank you.

I am a mother (6 month old baby) and I am married to a man that will retire in a few years. I want to leave NYC. I cant live here anymore. The schools are bad and the students arent learning anything. In addition everything is so expensive. I am looking forward to a better mild climate, moderate housing prices and an excellent education. I was thinking about Rochester, NY but now I changed my mine because of the weather. I was born in a warm country, Panama, and I always enjoyed the trips to the beach (at anytime) the pool, and picnics. Can anyone help me ?

Is earning an MPH degree a way to change careers? or is it necessary to be already in a specific career path to use an MPH?
