I went for an interview at a local car rental spot here in Ohio. I went through the interview and aced it. I got an offer and had to take a urine test and do a credit report. The offer was contingent among being able to pass a background, urine test and employment checks. All that should come back Okay. My only concern is my credit check. I have two cars on my record both and voluntary reposessions over a year old and two years only respectivley an old credit card, two light bills (which I am currently disputing with the credit reporting agencies) and 21 student loans. I have no clue why there are so many.

I called the student loan company and was put on a payment plan. I know under the FCRA that they would not get my credit score, but do you think I will still get hired? It is a front desk position, nothing big in the company.

As of this post, I don't see them looking at the report yet.

I have both and regularly get massaged with the balm. Would the cream be better? Can t really see a difference online.

I have high triglycerides (very high) but my cholesterol and LDL levels are high but not super high like they use to be. My clholesterol use to be 295 and my triglycerides use to be. Why are my triglycerides so high if my overall cholesterol and LDL just midly elevated? Being this high, should I request meds?

I have to renew my registration. It will cost $52.50 ($32.50 for the renewal and $20.00 for tax). If I pay this cost I will only have $40.00. What I want to do is to get a temporary tag for $18.00 + $20.00 tax so I can pay next month. Do you think this is allowed?

I took the car to Autozone and they did a computer analysis. They stated that it was the power steering "switch". Nothing feels wrong with the car. The power steering fluid is still good and there are no leaks (i put a white towel on the ground and there was nothing on it when I picked it up). Steering is still normal including in turns and going straight. WHat could be the issue?

I owe my landlord $245.00. He claims that I owe him "at least" $320.00. I verified that I owed the rent of $245.00 through bank statements and the money order for the month of May. I sent him an email stating that I would send $50.00 until paid in full. I then sent him a check for $100.00 on August 22, 2011 with a letter stating that I would pay $100.00 immediately (with the check enclosed) and the remaining $145.00 on September 16. He has yet to cash the check and he has yet to respond to any emails being sent to him. I like to send emails as that is our primary form of communication.

What can I do? Would this show good faith to a judge to prove that I've been attempting to pay the debt owed?
