High Triglycerides. Mild Cholesterol Elevation.?

Hello!

I have high triglycerides (very high) but my cholesterol and LDL levels are high but not super high like they use to be. My clholesterol use to be 295 and my triglycerides use to be. Why are my triglycerides so high if my overall cholesterol and LDL just midly elevated? Being this high, should I request meds?

You can help lower your triglycerides by changing your diet.  Look up some healthy eating diets to reduce both cholesterol and trigly.  Before taking meds try diet improvement, it works.
