what can i do ? I want my dog back !?

first of all sorry for my english isn't very good..  my neighbor take my dog to the AC because he was digging between our fences and he says he was tired of my dog... my dog is a lab mix very kind and sweet, never hurt anybody, actually my neighbor has a duck and my dog never hurt him, so i went to the AC and they told me first that they put to sleep my dog just 24 hours after he gets to the AC ! but the next day they told me that my dog was there ! im really sad i can't stop crying, what can i do ? they refuse to give any information and they says that they doesn't know about him, is that possible ? I just want my dog back i miss him so much

Take an older friend or family member and go tomorrow to the AC. Ask to look at the dogs for adoption. If your dog is there, get him back. If not, ask to speak to the shelter manager. Explain what has happened to them. Take a picture of your dog and any records you have.

First of all who has a duck as a pet and he cant do this to a dog go over to the Ac and demand to see him and if i where u i would press charges on this guy

ok first of all what your neighbor did is very much ileagal its call dog napping. 2nd tell the ac that you demand to see your dog and have him taken out (have a photo of him with you or someone how has also seen the dog or both). 3rd press charges on you neighbor even if the dog has not been put down

Press charges on the son of a ***** who did this to ur dog, it wasnt his property anyway? Go to the AC and demand the release of ur dog

that doesn't sound legal. AC wouldn't put your dog to sleep for digging between fences.
