I'm 18 150 lbs and 5'2 and want to know if anyone can help me come up with a good work out plan for me. I want lose weight and I consider my problem area my stomach. I used to be really small in high school so there is still definition in my stomach but now I'm a lot more flabbier.

that's a picture of what my hair looks like naturally. I really want straight hair but not sure what to do so any advice would be helpful.

I'm 17 [18 in three months] I've had a relaxer once but didn't really like it. I probably straighten my hair with a straight iron at least once a month.

Any advice on how to control the frizziness and make it less dry would be great.

Like my earlier question, I'm trying to eat more healthy and become more healthy all around.

I need to be out the door by six to catch the bus so in order to eat breakfast [which I know helps speed up the metabolism and overall will help you lose weight] I would need to eat around like 4:30 or 5:00...is that too early to be eating? Like I know you aren't suppose to eat late at night but what about eating really early in the morning?

Also what are some good quick breakfast meals I can try?

I'm trying to get healthier and lose a bit of weight and I got the exercise part down and I've already started eating healthier foods but I still feel hungry so much. I do the whole, don't eat and watch tv and eat slowly but I still feel hungry. Any advice or something I might be doing wrong?

My puppy will sometimes lie down in the grass and just start sniffing a certain spot. Then after awhile he'll start rolling around in the grass with his tongue lolled out to the side with that 'happy puppy smile' on his face. Does anyone else have a dog that does this? I find it so cute and funny!

I have my dog Tabasco who is now about 30 lbs and 7 month old shepherd/collie mix

and now my friend asked me to pet sit her 4 month old maltese shih tzu mix who is about 5 lbs. They have met before but it was brief so that doesn't really help.

I know the best way to introduce two dogs to each other is a long walk but my friend's dog doesn't wear a collar or go on walks so I don't know what to do.

Tabasco plays well with some little dogs but others I think he intimidates

Any ideas what I should do to keep both dogs happy?

Also is the little four month puppy too young to go to a dog park for little dogs? I'll double check with my friend to make sure he's up to date with all shots obviously but just curious.

I just did because my dog tore apart a tennis ball and I thought he might have swallowed small pieces of the ball because after he ate he threw up. We went and after waiting a good hour or so the vet took a blood test [check his blood sugar and his hydration and stuff which were all good] then gave him a shot and now he is on a bland diet for a few days and we just have to watch him. Another family was there because their dog jumped out the window of a moving car

Do you have any emergency clinic stories?

Like my earlier question shepherd/collie is very hyper and I think I got the physical exercise down but does anyone have suggestions for games or things I can play with my dog inside our apartment about 1100 sq. ft

So I have a shepherd/collie mix [we think] and he's a six month old neutered male.

I try to take him for at least two 20-30 walks and then 5-10 minute walks whenever he needs to go out

I don't like to let him run around outisde because he has a black coat and it can get to the high ninety's around here

I do play fetch and tug of war with him but he just has so much energy! I'm running out of ideas on what to do with him..I know he shouldn't be running because he is still developing but do you have any ideas of what else I can do? Or am I doing too much?

when you have a 'bad apple' from a litter or a puppy who isn't up to standard what happens to it? Does it still get sold to a family or do you keep it? Or do all of your litters have no 'bad apples'?

when they know they shouldn't? like I understand when someone knows what they are doing but why do people who say have a mutt of some sort breed reguardless knowing they are adding to the massive population of dogs? I just don't understand how people consider dogs just something to make money off of. It might just be the naive teenager in me...

Ok so earlier I asked what would be a good dog food for my puppy, thank y'all for all of your answers. Now I need a way to convince my dad into switching over. He's not hesitant because of money or anything but because he tends to not believe all the 'hype' about health stuff.

So besides showing him the dogfoodanalysis site are there any other ways to convince him?

When we adopted our puppy he was eating Pedigree dog food and he really likes it and everything but I've been reading on how Pedigree isn't the healthiest so I was looking for suggestions for a new dog food (preferably dry food):
