You have to do up your timed birthchart, and that for anyone else you are wondering apart ... full birthdate, exact time of birth, birth location.

Then look NOT at the Signs, but at the "synastry aspects" (specific distances, indicating interactions) between YOUR 10 planets and their 10 planets.
There are websites that do up birthcharts for free, and fewer that do up the synastry for free.

Don't use Sun sign astrology (the mo-day of birth gives you only the Sign for Sun) .. it is a money-maker and only 2% of real astrolgoy, so it is not valid.

Idk I think it depends on the Libra woman lol, but I doubt you are that bad that noone wants to befriend you. I mean, I have seen evil people and they certainly don't ask themselves why nobody would befriend them...
