I'm looking for a survival movie!!?

it is about a man who goes out alone and arrives by car to a forest, gets out of the car and starts to walk, and arrives at a ravine, goes down and has an accident, which leaves him paralyzed the waist down, then crawls, climbs the ravine as he can, crosses the forest crawling for miles to ask for help and then he got to the road where his car was. There some people see him and help him and the movie ends. IT'S NOT 127 hours, neither Touching the void, nor Into the Wild. I can't remember what it is called and I can not find it on Google D: help! The man was the only main actor. Thank you.
