Car Insurance Question?
Hello I was just curious to know if someone gets moving violation ticket and their name is not on the insurance policy, if found guilty, will it have affect on insurance going up? Please let me know thanks.

No, it won't affect the policy.

You mean if that person isn't a listed driver on the policy? Then you're fine. Accidents follow the vehicle owner, but convictions always follow the driver.
