Is Drinking water until Youre full in order to avoid binging on Bad Snacks Unhealthy?
Is it Unhealthy that anytime you want to stuff yourself with Loads of bad snacks like Chips,Cookies,IceCream that you drink like 8-9 glasses of water in one sitting til you feel full?Is this an Unhealthy way of killing these cravings?

No, it is actually a good way to avoid binging on junk food.
In some people, the body's safety mechanism which sends signals that "your stomach is full " has started mal-functioning. It is like the float valve mechanism in the overhead tank which mal-functions, and does not shut off the water flowing into the tank! So you keep on eating even after your stomach is full. What's readily at hand? Snacks like Chips, Cookies, and ice creams!
Result---over-eating, obesity!
You are unable to sense when you have eaten enough, and often mistake thirst for hunger.
Drinking a full glass of water when you feel as if you are hungry will make the feeling of hunger go away..... and you have to avoid picking up that snack consciously, in order to break the habit.
Do it sincerely for 21 days consistently, and see the results!!

some times you are thirsty and not hungry so you should have 2 cups of water before a meal so you eat less but if you are having this much than i have to say it is unhealthy. The problem with these snacks is after 1 bit you want and keep having more. You will sooner find that exercising regularly and eating fruit and veggies with 2 cups of water before eating that you will be healthier and skinnier. But (also) your body is mostly water so it is not completely unhealthy bet it is not the best ether.

Yes, that is bad. I went through a time where I drank TONS of water in one sitting and began to feel weak and light headed. I'd go into more detail but the link below describes it much better than I do.

My trick for chasing off the munchies is rice products. They make you feel full with much fewer calories. After two quaker rice cakes i feel as full as if i snacked on tons of junk food (and it was only 90 calories and low sodium!)

There is no such thing as too much water. The recommended intake is 8-10 glasses a day! Thats hard to get in!

9 glasses of water in one sitting????? hell no.. maybe 2-3 but anything past that is hurting your stomach, try eating some fruit instead

yes it is very unhealthy personal experience you can get water poisoning it doesnt sound posible but it is ......how about intead of drinking water keep yourself busy that way you donthave time to think about bad foods
