The site orcagurl posted is good. There are a ton of scene hair how to vids on youtube. Just go search the videos and check the end first to see if you like what they end up with before you waste your time watching the whole thing.

Just keep playing with it and find what works for you. Have fun with it hun:-)

Lot's of hairspray. Also, buy some thinning scissors and thin the LOWER half of your hair. It also depends on the current state of your hair. But the general advice I can give you is try to give yourself layers that start from the top of your head and around your face. Do it little by litle and DON'T cut straight across.

you could try teased hair. just get hair really layered, and then brush not down, but up. then spray it with alot of hairspray. but dont do it all the time, or youll ruin your hair.
