Currently whats the cheapest country in the americas for someone with hard currency where you could get the most for your money as far as lodging,food,transport and sightseeing goes?
I heard Bolivia,Guatemala are quite cheap,but are these the cheapest?

Haiti and Honduras have the lowest cost of living in the Americas. Of course, you get what you pay for. On the other hand, Guatemala is quite cheap, and a wonderful place to live.

I am also planning a trip in central america. Actually, I found out Costa Rica is pretty cheap you can get a decent hotel w/ food and air at a very reasonable price.
